This guide explains how to use an incognito window to determine whether an issue is due to your browser settings (e.g., cookies) or a problem with the website itself.
Step 1: Open an Incognito Window
- Click on the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner of your Chrome browser.
- Select New Incognito window.

Step 2: Access and/or Log Into the Website
- In the incognito window, navigate to the website you are having issues with.
- Attempt to log in as you normally would.
- Note: The 1Password browser extension does not work in incognito mode by default. If you need login, open the 1Password application and copy-paste your login credentials.
Step 3: Analyze the Results
- If the error persists:
- The issue is likely with the website itself.
- Contact support at [email protected] for further assistance.
- If the error does not occur**:**
- The issue may be related to your browser’s cookies or settings. To resolve this, clear your cookies in Chrome:
